Return Policy:

We at Scoopkart strive to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. While there is no option to return orders as the goods are customized according to your specific needs, however, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, complete assistance would be given to you regarding the same.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we print the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. The refund will be initiated in the form of voucher that will be emailed to you immediately. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:

  • You can cancel your orders within one hour of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at support@scoopkart.com or whatsapp us at (+91) 9999480643 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.


Your orders can also be cancelled if Scoopkart team finds your payments have not been received. Check below for further details:

  • Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made Scoopkart will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

-Can I change the product after I have placed an order?

That’s not possible. You can cancel the order within one hour of placing the order.


-Can I modify my order after placing it?

No. You cannot make any changes to the design after placing the order. We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the quantity of a product in your placed order. You may even require having your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately along with your order number.


-When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?

We shall process your refund in the form of vouchers which can be used next time when you make any purchase on our website. The voucher will be emailed to you immediately once your order has been cancelled. The refund voucher will be valid for 3 months.


-If I return a product on my own do I get back the shipping charges?

Once you incur courier charges please email us the scanned copy of the receipt within 3 days of the return. We will refund your courier charges up to a maximum of Rs.100 per kg. If you are unable to send the scanned copy of the receipt within 3 days of the return request, we will refund you a flat Rs.60 against the courier charges. Refunds for courier charges are always in the mode of Scoopkart vouchers which can be redeemed on your future purchase.


-Why my order was undelivered and returned to warehouse?

Your order was undelivered and Returned to Origin due to any of the following reasons-
Non-Serviceable Location / Incomplete Address / Wrong Pin Code / Consignee not available / Army area.
In this case, you will not receive any refund; however, we will re-ship your order.


-What if my order is undelivered?

If your product remains undelivered, you can register your complain with our Customer Support Team within 15 days from the Date of Shipment. However, if you fail to register a complaint within 15 days for the non-delivery of your order then Scoopkart.com will not be responsible for it and will not make any refund credits to your account.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES TERMS:

Returns and Exchanges are entertained only if:

  • The product delivered is defected (manufacturing defect).
  • The product is not as mentioned in the description.
  • The delivered product has not been washed or tempered from Customer's side.
  • The product is in its actual and original form of packing.
  • Customer follows the "Instructions to use". If no proper care is taken, Return/Exchange is not entertained.
